Hilton Boost · Genie Ai-Agent

Designing an AI agent that supports operational decision-making and team coordination across Hilton’s global property network.

B2B · AI Agent · Enterprise Platform · Decision Support · Operations · Team Management

Project Overview

Genie is a B2B AI agent embedded within Hilton Boost that helps hotel teams plan, prioritize, and execute operational actions at enterprise scale.

Hilton Boost is Hilton’s internal B2B enterprise platform designed to improve team performance, operational efficiency, and execution consistency across its global network of hotel properties. Within this platform, Genie functions as an AI-driven decision-support agent, synthesizing operational plans, task data, and performance signals to guide hotel managers toward the most impactful next actions.

Through an AI chatbot–style experience integrated into daily workflows, Genie helps managers clarify what needs attention, delegate tasks, and stay aligned with their teams across complex, multi-property operations.

My Role

I led the design of Genie, the AI agent within the Hilton Boost platform, focusing on how AI could support team management and operational decision-making in a B2B, enterprise environment.

I worked closely with product managers, engineers, data partners, and Hilton stakeholders to align on the AI agent vision and translate early blue-sky ideas into a clear, buildable product direction. The product is currently launching an MVP.

Key Contributions
  • Led the 0→1 design of the Genie AI agent, defining its core purpose and value

  • Aligned cross-functional teams and stakeholders on the AI agent concept and scope

  • Drove the transition from blue-sky exploration to MVP-ready design

  • Defined Phase One agent capabilities, focusing on prioritization, task support, and visibility

  • Designed chatbot-style interactions to help managers understand priorities and take action
